GoldenHives Jelly Bush honey 24+ is harvested from bushlands close to Byron Bay, in New South Wales, Australia. Jellybush is also known as Leptospernum honey. GoldenHives Active JellyBush Honey is tested for its anti-bacterial potency using the Non Peroxide Activity rating in an independent laboratory. Cold extraction methods and minimal processing ensure that all the actives remain in the product.

Jelly Bush Honey, like Manuka Honey, produces the peroxide honey activity common to most honeys but also has the unique activity so important to the healing properties of these very special honeys.  It has proven therapeutic and antibacterial properties form the natural phytochemicals  with in the honey. Jellybush (Leptospermum polygalifolium) comes from the same family of plants or genus as the Manuka Bush (Leptospermum scoparium) from New Zealand.
